Crop Quality

Dual-purpose early-table and processing variety. Large, long-oval tubers make Zorba ideal for industrial processing and chipping. Very low acrylamide formation during production make the variety very suitable for off-field and long-term storage. Zorba has above average heat tolerance and prefers free-draining soils which have good water retention.
