Carlingford has good ability to initiate tubers even at low light levels. Carlingford grows well under fleece with little or no reduction in tuber numbers.
Crop Quality
Carlingford produces a moderately firm tuber when cooked with a distinctive flavour and free from after cooking blackening. Carlingford is ideal for the canning, punnet, salad and new potato market.
